How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Weabuse Roofing to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Weabuse Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. One limit to know about: Weabuse Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Write to contact@weabuse.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, you can answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
